[ Why trust this ]

Built from the reporting work itself.

Instrumento was shaped by 15 years of nonprofit program operations, evaluation, impact measurement, and funder reporting across the United States and Brazil.

[ The problem ]

Every hour spent reconciling spreadsheets is an hour stolen from the mission.

The information is not missing. It is scattered — and every reporting cycle starts by assembling it again.

  • Program data in spreadsheets
  • Survey responses somewhere else
  • Participant voices in documents
  • KPIs tracked by hand
  • A different format for every funder

Instrumento brings it together.

[ How it works ]

Three steps, one evidence system.

01
Connect your evidence

Import the spreadsheets you already keep, sync the systems you already use, and collect surveys and interviews straight into the same place.

02
Understand what it shows

Ask your data questions in plain language. The AI Data Analyst answers with charts and figures grounded in your rows — organized by your Theory of Change.

03
Turn it into decisions and reporting

Draft funder-ready reports where every figure traces to its data and every quote to its interview — then use the same evidence to decide what to grow.

[ FAQ ]

Questions nonprofits ask.

Do I need technical skills?

No. If you can keep a spreadsheet, you can produce a report with Instrumento — the analyst work happens in the platform.

What does “AI-native” actually mean here?

The model is in the data path, not beside it. It writes the form, transcribes and codes the interviews, answers questions about your rows, checks for the gaps a funder will notice, and drafts the report — all against one shared model of your Theory of Change. It is not a chat window bolted to a dashboard.

Does the AI make up numbers?

AI can make mistakes. Instrumento is designed to ground reported figures in source data, connect quotations to their underlying interviews, and flag unsupported claims for review. Your team remains responsible for reviewing outputs before they are used in reports or decisions.

How is our data kept secure?

Encrypted in transit, never used to train models, and exportable at any time. You own it. Review our security practices →

Can I import data I already have?

Yes. Instrumento supports CSV and spreadsheet imports. Airtable, Google Sheets, and Supabase connectivity can be configured during onboarding, depending on your organization's systems and agreement.

How do I get access to Instrumento?

Through a guided onboarding process. Talk to our team about your programs and your reporting obligations, and we will scope the platform, the limits and the agreement around them.
